Things to do with chalk:
Illegally draw on public streets.
Draw all over younger sibling’s body.
Give it to Bart Simpson.
Scribble on a classroom chalkboard.
or….
Since we’re all adults here, very responsible with a high conscience, we could instead use chalk to remove grease stains that has decided to make clothing their home. Like those guests that overstay their welcome.
You see, I don’t use an apron when I cook. Everything just…. splatters on my clothes. But not only when I cook. I also too have strapless mermaid prom dresses that had some stains right after a cocktail.
I don’t deliberately inspect my clothes either. But while folding laundry one day, these shimmering grease stains on my sweat pants beckoned me to look at them. The stains had accumulated to the point that it was totally visible to my eye. Knowing that they just came out from a wash, these were old stains. So throwing them back into the wash just wouldn’t cut it.
I knew chalk would work on fresh grease stains, but I wasn’t sure about old ones. There was nothing to lose. I had to try.
So I drew on them, dump them in a new wash and they came out sparkling clean.
Now, if only chalk could make unwanted guests disappear.
Quick Method
